Back In Canada
Well… I’ve been back since December - but it’s been a wild ride! Jumped right back into rehearsals with The Cheesecake Burlesque Revue - I sure missed my sisteasers!!! Hamburg!!!
I had a fabulous trip to Hamburg in November! I performed for two nights with Koko la Douce and Miss Nutty Fruitcake at the Queen Calavera - Germany’s first burlesque club! And then I spent an evening with Hedo Luxe at Bar 439 for Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art School.  I also had a delightful visit with Miss Eve Champagne while I was in town! Here’s one of the drawings!

Vancouver International Burlesque Festival 2011
I am very excited to be performing in the 2011 Vancouver International Burlesque Festival in the  Saturday, May 7 at the Vogue Theatre. Knee Surgery - Ouch!
On Wednesday morning I was fortunate enough to be whisked into Victoria General Hospital to receive surgery to repair a medial meniscus tear! Ouch! I hurt my knee last summer (playing Drag Baseball at Pride!) and have been performing with limited abilities since and waiting for surgery! 2010 - what a year!!!
2010 was the busiest year yet for Miss Champagne Sparkles! I was on stage in many, many, many shows with the Cheesecake Burlesque Revue! Hallowe’en!!! It’s my favourite holiday!!! We were thrilled to perform two shows of our All Hallow’s Peep Show - one in Courtenay at the Sid William’s Theatre and one at our very own Lucky Bar in Victoria! They were mad, mad fun!
